Very exciting. Looking forward to running the full 50k and inviting some friends from out of town to run as well. quick question on the elevation down there. 1000 ft. of "change"? i assume that means roughly 500 ft. of gain per loop?
I am running on memory here. I gps'd the course a couple times, and got the software to spit out something in the realm of 1000 ft of total rise and fall in 6 miles. You climb the bluffs about 4 times each loop, so the 500 ft gain/500 ft loss makes some sense.
